Internship (Jan 2023 - May 2023) under Justin Swinney at CHAMP Performance Training, 24/7 Gym.  The internship focused on learning how to blend the clinical literature with anecdotal observations to enhance client outcomes.

Elizabeth's formal education allowed her to accumulate a thorough understanding of physiology and sports science.  Then, during her internship she was able to demonstrate success in variety of clients by implementing our Theoretical Framework for Training Periodization and Programming.
