YOUTH STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
The importance of getting your child involved in an excellent strength and conditioning program is greater now than ever before. Research shows that the ability to enhance speed of reaction and frequency of movements peaks between the ages of 7-12. The central nervous system is primed for developing these abilities during puberty and the possibility of changing them at a later age is very small!
At CHAMP we have a system of progression that every child goes through to ensure they are able to properly perform a variety of movements and skills before they move on to the next phase of our program. This helps establish a strong foundation and teaches them the importance of doing everything with a purpose. We also utilize small group training to introduce community, competition, and accountability to our kids. Training in groups is a far superior way to achieving positive results than training alone. We take pride in our C.H.A.M.P. Kids. We teach them how to lead, persevere, overcome adversity and gain self-confidence.
